Craig Tara Passes are NOT included in the price & are available through Craig Tara Holiday Park. 3) All details of how to collect the keys will be sent to you via email, text or private message 2 days before your arrival. 4) If you find any damages you must report these to us upon your arrival. After this time the responsibility of any damages will be yours. Breakages or damage that have happened during your stay that are not reported to us or replaced you may lose all or some of your deposit to cover the replacement. 5) This is a NO SMOKING caravan smoking is not allowed. PLEASE NOTE IF YOU SMOKE IN THE CARAVAN YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE RETAINED TO ENABLE US TO PAY FOR A DEEP CLEAN. 6) This is a NO PETS ALLOWED CARAVAN. IF THERE IS A PET FOUND TO BE IN OR HAS BEEN IN THE CARAVAN DURING YOUR STAY, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE RETAINED, DUE TO FUTURE GUESTS POSSIBLY HAVING ALLERGIES. 7) Every effort will be made to repair any equipment that is faulty or stopped working, we cannot make any refunds for items not working. 8) Please note this is a 6 berth and extra guests cannot under ANY circumstances be added to your holiday on the day of arrival or when checking in, we reserve the right to cancel any previous arrangements with no refunds if these terms are breached. 9) Parents/Guardians have the responsibility of supervising their children at all times to ensure the safety of their children whilst in the caravan. It is also the responsibility of the parents/guardians to inform us upon arrival of any dangers in the caravan specific to their children that may need attention. 10) The keys for the caravan are your responsibility while you are staying, so if you lose the keys the cost of replacement will be deducted from the deposit. 11) The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition. The hirer is responsible for all members of the party and must make good any losses, breakage, or damage done to the caravan or its contents during their stay. 12) Any changes to the advertised entertainment or facilities at the camps are beyond our control and we cannot accept any responsibility or liability for this. 13) We the owners of this caravan work on a NO LIABILITY for any loss or damage to cars, belongings or personal injury occurring whilst staying in our caravan, and we recommend that you purchase some form of holiday insurance if you require it, as there is no insurance included in the price of your holiday. 14) For the caravan to be cleaned and checked. Check out time is 10am on the day of departure.
